Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you can return your products up to 60 days from your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept: - Any item not in its original condition, is opened or/and used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, at the price you paid for the product and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Please note that we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order and the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for any items being returned to us.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged or the product you received is defective, please email us as soon as possible so we can notify our couriers or/and our supplier to process a refund or get the product exchanged. Please note that in this case you will have to notify us within one week of delivery. We will arrange collection of your defective item directly from you.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Perfumes Online Ireland, 12 Abbot's Grove Avenue, Knocklyon, Dublin 16, Ireland.        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
